Footloose Frock Jackets So here it is asA note from the designer. We chose the name Footloose Frock because of the free feeling we get when wearing this piece. It's got movement and form at the same time with the structure of the collar and the funky asymmetric seam lines. Large pockets are hidden in the seam lines of the dress and stitched down in place. Raglan sleeves are perfect for layering a warm top under the dress in the chillier months. I tested this style out on a trip and found it
