Made in the early 1980s but everything about this dress; the silhouette, the tailoring and the fabric, scream classic 1950s. She has gingham squares in red, purple, orange, green, blue, and yellow ones with a heavier navy check throughout. There are 4 navy buttons to the front of the bodice which has a revere collar and a short sleeve with a turn up cuff. The skirt of the dress is box pleated all the way around
